Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

We will exchange any items damaged in transit or if youve recieved the wrong items.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you will need to provide photos of the item. Exchanges can be made for anything of equal dollar value to your original purchase not including taxes and shipping. E.g. $100 book can be exchanged for $100 of herbs. You can NOT get a refund if you choose to exchanghe your items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Our replacement policy lasts 14 days. If you have not contacted us within 14 days of recieving your item we can’t offer you an replacement

To be eligible for a replacment your item must have been damaged in transit or never been delivered. You will need to provide photos of damaged items. You can NOT get a refund if you choose to replace an item.

To be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 14 days of purchasing your item. You must send the item back. You will not be issued a refund for shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded. Perishable and contaminable goods such as food, herbs, oils, liquids, soaps, salves, or any item intented for ingesting or hygiene cannot be returned or refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
